4 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods & Limits

Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes once verification is complete. This time may increase if the verification process is ongoing.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirement has been met.
- vk885 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in case of unusual transactions.
- More than one withdrawal request cannot be active at the same time.
Transaction Errors
vk885 reserves the right to reclaim funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error. The user must immediately notify the support team of any such error.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
vk885 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
Example 2: ৳22,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳42,000
Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x the bonus amount (not on the deposit + bonus, only on the bonus amount).
VIP Cashback Program
vk885 has four VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Tier progression is based on member activity and participation. vk885 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms at any time.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer is applicable once only.
- Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Wagering must be completed within the time limit set for meeting the bonus conditions.
- If a promotional offer has special conditions, these will be stated in the relevant promotion's description.
- vk885 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus for any reason.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
Bet Validity
Once the result of a bet has been finalised, that bet cannot be cancelled or changed. If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, vk885 reserves the right to adjust the correct amount in the user's account.
Game Services

System Interruptions & Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or other technical issues, vk885 will determine the outcome according to server records. vk885 will not be held responsible for issues with the user's device.
Sports Betting
Bets can be placed on various sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. No bet will be considered valid until a confirmation message is received stating that the bet has been accepted.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on vk885 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
- Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
- Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent means.
- Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
- Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Registering using a false or stolen identity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by vk885
vk885 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- Suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
- Evidence of the account holder being a minor.
Closure by the User
If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact the vk885 support team. All valid balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
